From the University of Michigan's Museum of Zoology. Has a handy search box to search for animals, and articles are rated with stars. Uses the latin names of animals heavily.

Great homework site's animal links.

- National Geographic's Animals and Nature
Animal information from National Geographic. Some pictures, citations to videos and articles in the magazine.

- Chaco Anasazi - 3D Interactive Kiva
A 3 dimensional reconstruction of the Great Kiva at the Chaco Canyon site - allows you to pan in any direction to see the interior, and to listen to traditional music that may have been performed there. The "fly-through" movie of the kiva is truly amazing. Requires the (free) Apple Quicktime plugin to run the movie version. There are static versions also. Good archaeological description of the site.
